Completed project of full roof replacement projects at Jalan Potter and Jalan Terkukur, Taman Canning, Ipoh, delivering modern, leak-free, and heat-insulated roofing systems for residential homes. Both projects involved dismantling old roof tiles and asbestos sheets, upgrading to Monier Elabana roof tiles, reinforcing structures with new battens, and applying APP torch-on waterproofing membranes at all vulnerable points including ridges, party walls, and RC slabs. We also enhanced thermal comfort with bubble foil insulation, installed transparent roof panels for natural lighting, and improved drainage systems. Every component was installed with precision and care, backed by up to 10 years installation warranty, ensuring long-term protection, cooler indoor temperatures, reduced leak risk, and peace of mind for homeowners—all while maintaining a clean and modern roof appearance.
